Have you ever had the intention of changing some aspects of your lifestyle or eating habits to improve your health?

Dr Megan Fabbro, Medical Nutritionist from Nutrition4You, has collaborated with

Jennie Thompson from The Cooks Workshop to design Cooking4Health.

A cooking and nutrition programme designed to take you through a year of healthy cooking.

Both Megan and Jennie believe strongly that what we eat is paramount, not only for promoting wellness, but for disease prevention and management.

Our cooking workshops are designed to give you the skills and knowledge to make your own delicious food that will enable you to achieve your health goals – without going hungry and instead enjoy every mouthful reaching the end of your meal with a satisfied tummy.

The programme will be delivered in monthly modules, starting with February’s workshop : Cooking4Health – Summer Fresh – Start the new year energised and in control.

Each module will target relevant seasonal health issues as well as a nutritional foundation approach to cooking.
